Purchases, cost basis and margins

  • Statistics

The margin on your sales New

The Statistics screen works out the margin on sold cards whose cost basis is known, and shows what share of your revenue it covers. A pricing rule can also refuse to go below a multiple of the cost basis.

  • Stock

A cost basis for every card New

The cost basis is worked out from your purchases, variant by variant: condition, language, finish. It shows in Stock and can be corrected from the inspector, the bulk action or the palette. It is never sent to CardNexus.

  • Purchases

    The Purchases screen New

Your purchases on CardNexus, and what each card cost you once it reached you: its price, its share of shipping and fees, minus what was refunded. An account connected before October 20 has to go through CardNexus Connect again to allow it.

  1. Tracking by camera

    • Tracking numbers by cameraNew

From the Parcels screen, scan the label's barcode with your phone's camera: the number fills in the tracking field. The image stays on your device.

  2. Repricing that tells its story

    • Repricing historyNew

The History tab of the Pricing screen keeps every pass, scheduled or started by hand, card by card: the old price, the new one and the rule applied. Ninety days of history.

    • Scheduled repricing starts as a simulationImproved

Your rules, run on their own at the time you choose, start as a simulation: each pass says what it would have changed, without writing anything. Switch to apply from Settings once you like the result.

  3. Prices to review

    • Prices to reviewNew

The home screen flags listed cards whose market price or competing offer has moved since you set their price, beyond the threshold chosen in Settings.
