Features

Your CardNexus stock, entered from the keyboard.

A catalogue copied locally that answers without waiting, a palette for adding card after card, and imports that show what they'll change before they change it.

The ⌘K palette

⌘K or Ctrl+K, from any screen. Type a name or a number, pick the card, and set everything from the keyboard:

  • f changes the finish, l the language;
  • a digit picks the condition;
  • + and − change the quantity;
  • ⏎ adds the card, ⌫ undoes the last add.

One card after another

The default language and condition come from your settings. Without a price, the card goes into your collection; with one, it goes on sale. The price clears between cards, so a run of entries never copies the previous card's price. A reference price is shown, and can be taken in one move.

A local catalogue

The CardNexus catalogue is copied to the app's server: searching for a card uses none of your quota. Every published game is there; you choose which ones are shown, and hiding one never hides your stock.

Stock, filtered and handled in bulk

Filter by game, rarity, location, tag, condition, grading, finish, language, quantity or price. Move, tag, or change the condition or price of a whole selection. Actions that cost one request per line show a preview and their estimated time first, and can be cancelled midway.

Imports and exports

Import a CSV or JSON file exported from CardNexus, Cardmarket, TCGplayer or TCG Power Tools, either adding or replacing. A replace only runs after a preview of what will be set to zero, most valuable lines first, and rejected lines are listed one by one. A CSV export of a selection costs no requests.

The value of your stock

The report gives your stock's value at market price, how your prices compare with the market, and one point a day to follow how it changes. Cards with no known price are left out of the total, and the screen says so.

What it doesn't do

  • No barcode reading or scanning: entry is done from the keyboard.
  • No label printing: a “tag” here is a keyword you put on your cards.
  • Searching your stock asks CardNexus and costs one request; searching the catalogue doesn't.
  • Re-importing a CardNexus export you already imported doubles the quantities — that's how CardNexus behaves, and the screen warns you.
